I've been trying to re-sell the tickets on the Viagogo site and have been trying to get in touch with the site. Phone calls don't go through and emails have been returned stating that they cannot be delivered.

The date of the soccer game was changed. We deserve a refund.

We purchased 5 tickets to a soccer game in Madrid that was scheduled for 9/30/17. It was changed to 10/1/17 and we cannot attend that day because we will be flying back to the United States.

We have tried to email Viagogo and all emails are returned stating that they cannot be delivered. I have tried using a company called Customer Care and it takes me nowhere. There is no way to contact Viagogo. We even tried a phone number that we found online.

How can we contact them. Will they give us our money back.

This is very unfair. I think that we are entitled to a refund.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: We thought we could buy tickets to a soccer game.

I didn't like: We want a refund and cannot get in touch with viagogo.
