No customer service response. No phone # to call. Terrible service and do not stand behind product.

Show canceled 10 days before the event and rescheduled several months later. Only option is to resell on their site.

We had to travel to the show and were not able to rebook flights, hotels, vacation time, etc. As a result we lost the $315 we spent on tickets.

At least we received an email, but the email had no contact information and the company does not respond to emails. They have no listed phone number and a customer has no way of resolving an issue with them. I would use more reputable services in the future.
