Nie rozumiem w czym jest problem. Prosze dokonac zwrotu w taki sam sposob i na takie konto z ktorego oplacilem bilety.

I didnt received the tikets.
Nu am primit biletele.
Trebuia sa am card fan Napoli, și sa le primesc acolo.
Nu aveam, deci nu am putut sa primesc biletele, dar nuci măcar nu am fost anunțat ca nu le pot primi. Acum încerc sa mi recuperez banii. Foarte netransparenta toată povestea.
Vor doar sa ți ia banii. Nu recomand.

Seriously pissed off
I purchased 2 tickets on the 20th November 2023 for the John Mayer show, 21st March 2024 at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam and the cost for these was 730.08, (Order ID: 52601****). The reason they were quite pricey is because I specifically selected the front middle section (B) as indicated on the seating map.
Bear in mind I booked flights and accommodation specifically for the concert.
I was informed that the tickets would not be released until 24 hrs before the event. Despite several assurances from customer service on live chat with phrases such as 'dont worry' and 'w'eve got your back' I still had no tickets as promised. On the 20th March at 15:41 I received an email stating that the tickets were paper tickets and will be sent via UPS express service to Malta. I then changed the delivery address so that the tickets will be delivered to the hotel in Amsterdam rather than having to fly them over to Malta.
Then I received an email on the 21st March at 06:17 that the seller was unable to provide the original tickets and I had to choose from a list of alternatives and, as compensation, a voucher of 12 flippin Euros!!! I had no choice but to go for this alternative since by then I was already at the airport boarding the flight. The alternative tickets that were provided were nowhere near what I paid for! Had I chosen these tickets originally I would have paid half the price I paid originally.
The tickets provided were in section A seats 4 and 5 right at the edge of the stage and I paid 730 euros!!! I am seriously disappointed and feel I have been scammed to get all this information at the last minute! And to add insult to injury I get a 12 euro voucher! unbelievable.
I am disgusted at the way this was handled and I demand a refund of half the money I paid to you. The money went to your account, I don't really care who the seller is! I will pursue this to no end till I get my money.
I wish I read the reviews before I bought them. Absolute amateurs!

Scam ( I bought a ticket for a concert )
Hi, it's Santiago. I'm in Melbourne and this past Wednesday was the Macklemore concert.
I bought my ticket, but when I went to the concert, I could not get in. They told me that the ticket I had was not valid.

This is so sad. I bought a ticket from them and when I got to the event the ticket didn't belong to me, this was after I confirmed via a call, and now the number does not exist.

SCAM! STAY WELL AWAY!!!
Bought 2 prime tickets for 730! In the last minute they change the seats to terrible seats and offer a 12 euro voucher!!! Incredible, stay well away
