I have tried to contact for the refund that I was sent an email a few weeks back and was told that an email would be sent for details of the refund. So far that hasn't happened.

Tickets not transferred

They keep saying we have the tickets when we clearly had no tickets or them transferred by the seller to our Ticketek account! This would have to be the 5th email and request, and it is still not sorted!

Can’t find ticket emails

They still can't find my tickets. There are no concrete answer from them whether where are the ticket?

I have paid them since Ausgust 11 2025 about Aus$ 9600. Who will be responsible for my travel expenses that I have paid the hotel and airline already if I don not get the tickets??

I am very upset with VIAGOGO services.

Can you do something? who should I send complain email to?

No Tickets, I would like a refund.

Hi, we paid 150$ USA currency 19th November 2024. This is 656.00 NZ dollars we paid to viagogo.

We have had no response regarding our tickets. We have a order number with section seating. I have tried to contact but no response. I am asking for a refund as they have sent us conformation our 2 tickets will arrive e on the day of the event 19th November 2025.

This is a struggle to have a response. We are looking at going to consumer affairs to have our money refunded.

User's recommendation: Do not buy any tickets from Viagogo as they only disclose they are not the ticket event holders after you pay for you ticket.

I was charged $600, but I have bought nothing!! I have not sold anything either. I listed some football tickets for sale, but sold them elsewhere.

Dear [Viagogo Support Team / Customer Support],
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to you regarding our listing number 61793**** for Tomorrowland tickets, which we had posted for sale on your platform due to a last-minute change in our travel plans. We had originally purchased these tickets via Viagogo as e-tickets.
However, while creating the listing, we noticed that the option to list e-tickets was not available; only 'paper tickets' could be selected. As a result, we were compelled to proceed with the listing under the paper ticket category, even though our tickets were digital.
Once the tickets were sold, we followed the instructions provided, printed the e-tickets and the shipping label, and promptly dispatched the package to the buyer's address. (We are happy to provide a video as proof of this shipment.)
The only step we missed was entering the AWB number (tracking number) on the site. This was an unintentional oversight, as we assumed that since the shipping label was generated through your platform, the tracking information would automatically be linked to the transaction.
Unfortunately, we received an email informing us that the sale had been canceled, by which time the tickets had already been shipped and received by the buyer. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to your team for clarification, we were informed that no further action could be taken due to this oversight.
To complicate matters further, the buyer confirmed to us directly that he received and used the tickets, stating that they were indeed the ones he purchased via Viagogo. Due to this, we were unable to reclaim or resell the tickets, resulting in a complete loss. We are able to provide chat evidence of this communication and are more than willing to cooperate with any verification process, including connecting you with the buyer for confirmation.
We understand and respect your platform's policies, but we genuinely believe this situation was a result of a good-faith mistake. We took all the required actions to fulfill the sale and delivered the tickets as per the instructions, apart from the missed AWB entry. Given the unique circumstances, we kindly and sincerely request a reconsideration of the payment for this sale.
We hope you will view this as a genuine case and assist us in resolving it fairly. We truly appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

Compensation or SUE!!

this little credit, according to the law and your regulations, is not the end of the story in which you caused me and other customers great and ongoing damage over a long period of time. As evidence, I have corresponded with you for weeks since purchasing the ticket and repeatedly requested the ticket by email, for which you also charged a very large fee, and you lured me with a promise (written in a chat saved by me) that even a few hours before the performance you would receive it by email and downloaded on the mobile phone application.

"Don't worry, you can fly and receive the ticket",

now since it is clear as day that you are responsible for this deliberate omission and blatant negligence in a failed system of selling/buying second-hand tickets. You are required to pay compensation for the flight tickets and hotel in the amount of 1500 euros.

Warning: If within 7 days of this notice the compensation is not transferred, then I will instruct my lawyer to file a lawsuit against you for a much higher amount, think carefully and pay this compensation immediately!

Before you reach a legal situation that will set a precedent against you and in the future A class action lawsuit involving millions from all over the world!!

There is no guarantee for the ticket you pay is valid!

Dear Sirs,
I bought my Euroleague Final Four ticket from you on the 25th of May. First, at 17:43, I received a confirmation email, and then, after 4 minutes, I received the ticket. I spent 2,147.70 euro on this ticket, as I thought this moment would be unique for me.
When I arrived at the stadium, at the door, the staff told me the ticket had been used. What this meant was that I was sold a used ticket for 2,147.70 euro. You can imagine how disappointing this must have been. I tried for almost 2 hours to speak to different staff from Viagogo by chatting. The line wasn't perfect and was cut a couple of times. This was so disappointing to be in front of the stadium entry while the match had already begun.
I tried to call today for a refund. I was told I had accepted an offer requested by Viagogo staff. The same staff told me Viagogo sent an email informing me that the sold ticket was not usable. This happened after I claimed that the sold ticket wasn't usable. But I wasn't able to get the ticket because I couldn't access my emails. Besides, I wasn't told how I could retrieve my ticket. So my claim was not accepted.
As a result, as a customer, I have the right to see the game for what I paid without any frustration. As Viagogo, part of customer satisfaction, since you failed to provide what you sold, you should provide a full refund for the game no matter what.
Please, I need help for a refund.

BOUGHT TICKETS FOR MINE PARENTS 60 MARRIAGE

I bought tickets for mine parents 60 marriage jubilee in December 2024 tickets for Andre rieu his concert in July 2025.

7 months excitement for them but till the last day no tickets received from them.

Hotel booked and taxi arranged for them as well.

As I did not had received the tickets 3 days before and no idea if we ever would get these tickets of the concert we tried to get mine money back on the last moment to sell the tickets as they gave an option for this.

They informed that they sold the tickets 41 euro less per piece.

No they will deduct also money from the sold tickets as the tickets were not been given.

This is a real joke as I waited 7 months for it and I did not received any tickets at all
