No access code for tickets I bought
So far your company has not been effective in resolving my situation. I would gladly change my rating of your company if, and when, you do actually get results.
My problem remains, I still have not been given access to the tickets I paid for. I have not received any help from you, or the company you are contracted by to resolve issues like this.

Case number 54399**** This problem needs to be resolved Asap
They offered me their condolences and then provided me the option of receiving a voucher or my cash back. I chose the refund option, which would be back in my account within 5-8 working days. That was on the 19th of September. Today is the 17th of October, after making 6 phone calls, with each call lasting more than 20 minutes, shedding loads of tears due to the stress of all of it, and they're still saying the same thing - check your email for confirmation.
However, there's still nothing. They keep lying.
I would truly appreciate it if there's a real human being with a heart that works, and who also works for Viagogo, who could look into my case. My mental health is not allowing me to listen to people being deceitful any longer.

Doubled handled fees
Tried to buy two tickets, saw they tried to charge two "handling fees" for one digital purchase and tried for 30 minutes to ask about it. Only got on a the phone with someone because I claimed I was attending a Taylor Swift concert even though I wasn't.
The man did his best to spit his bosses bs but didn't cancel the fees so I cancelled. Someone else will buy I guess.

I bought 2 tickets for a November 09 game.
I bought 2 tickets for the MLS cup game in Fort Lauderdale for 11/09. I read that, I am going to receive the 2 tickets on 11/ 26. The game is on 11/09./0

The tickets they sold me are for children under 12. They erased the info from the ticket, so we didn't know about that.
As a result, we were denied access to the circuit, and we had to buy other tickets there.
I wrote them an email, but nobody answers.

No customer has ever received ticket from this fake company. I want a refund immediately, when i called they lie and say i will receive my ticket on the day of the event which is December 14 .
Are they still giving birth to the ticket or they are waiting for the day of the event to expire and give lame excuses. I rate it zero and want my R3500, so i buy from companies that give good quality services

I haven’t received ticket
I bought a ticket to my fiend, I havent received the ticket. The ticket was purchased with my credit card so I am responsible to give her ticket.
After purchasing I saw there was $93 hiddend fee. The concert date is one year later and my friend will cone from another country.
They want to transfert the ticket to me on the event date. Also they dont refund the ticket so that zo can buy from another seller

Hello,
I made the first complaint regarding the fact that Viagogo didn't refund me the money starting from August 28. Despite sending many emails and emphasizing this situation many times on Viagogo CHAT, I have yet to receive an email from Viagogo in which I should be informed why I haven't received the refund until now and when Viagogo will make the bank transfer.
On Chat, all the representatives of Viagogo told me that I will be informed through email in 3-5 days.
However, 3-5 days have already passed since August 28. Last time, on September 10, Kimberly, the person I spoke with on chat, told me to wait 5 days, which have already passed.
I want to know when Viagogo will make the refund.

My concert was canceled, and I requested a refund and it has been over two months of waiting for my refund.
The concert was postponed and eventually canceled. The initial attempt to refund went to my original card witch has since expired.
I corrected the issue but refund is still very delayed. Hopefully waiting for a quick turnaround now.
