I have paid 357.13 British pounds for two tickets to see Coldplay on the 15th of November, and I still haven't received the tickets. I am extremely distressed and upset that they haven't been delivered to me yet.

These tickets were a birthday present for my son. I also booked a hotel in Auckland. This is going to cost me 200 NZ dollars!

Refund Money from Scam Ticket

For a long time, you have caused me psychological, financial, and emotional harm. On August 5, 2024, I ordered a ticket from you.

Not only did I not receive my ticket, but I was also subjected to behaviors that shook my trust as a customer, violated regulations, completely disregarded your customers, and created a potential for fraud. Subsequently, I spoke with your customer representatives in writing and verbally, where we discussed that my refund request had been initiated. While waiting for my refund, I found out that I had been deceived once again as a customer and that you had failed to keep your promise, as no such process had actually been initiated. This caused me further damage.

Additionally, due to the cancellation process that Viagogo claimed to have initiated, I suffered financial and emotional damage from missing my flight that day and having to change my leave date, resulting in further loss from my job due to your actions. I want to refund my money!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Iron Maiden concert tickets, which I purchased for the event scheduled on September 16, 2024. The Viagogo app indicates that tickets will only be available for download on the day of the concert, September 16, 2024.

Given that I have made extensive travel arrangements, including booking flights to Auckland and reserving accommodation, receiving the tickets only on the day of the event is highly inconvenient.

I kindly request that you provide the tickets at your earliest convenience, or inform me of any available options for an earlier delivery.

Dear,

We have recently experienced the biggest disappointment possible.

In May, I bought 3 tickets for Adele's concert in Munich. The tickets were an anniversary present for my best friend. Unfortunately, we were not allowed into the event with those tickets.

This was due to a series of unfortunate events that left a huge disappointment, we literally went through the most hysterical experience possible.

On 7.08 we received an email to claim the tickets (The purchase was made in May, the bank transaction confirms that the money was withdrawn from my bank account for your benefit). It turned out that in our territory your app was not available, and the website kept giving an error when we tried to download them. We were advised by your representative to try downloading the app once we arrive in Munich. This also proved impossible. Plus, the system did not allow us to try through the website either, as according to your rules tickets are picked up 24 hours before the event. Then all *** broke loose. Completely devastated by the situation we started a series of phone calls and desperate emails to both you and Ticketmaster. Emails were sent to us without our tickets, wishing we enjoy the event. A more cynical attitude I cannot imagine. Finally, with great effort on our behalf, crossing the entire city we went in total despair to the event, where we hoped someone could help us. An hour before start, your employee sent the QR codes. However, they were not acknowledged by the stewards at the event because according to them, they were not authentic tickets and did not look like such. We explained that they were sent by the service provider, but this was not taken into consideration.

We were issued with a document at the Ticketmaster desk confirming that we would not be admitted and the reasons why.

In the end, we stayed out even though we had flown thousands of miles for this event. Our expenses totaled thousands of dollars, including airfare, hotels, and food.

Please let us know what compensation we are entitled to. Also, please contact us with your management about making a legal claim for economic and non-economic damages suffered from the communication with you.

REO Speedwagon concert canceled Sept 10th in Chula Vista CA due to illness in band I want my concert ticket and cop parking pass Refunded they keep telling me that they havent been informed of the cancellation so they cant do anything until they get informed of the cancellation. Its a stall tactic and its very unprofessional.

I bought Bob Dylan tickets for over £400. I was denied entry.

Viagogo has refused to refund the tickets. I had to buy new tickets for almost £240.

I wasn't even given a reason for their refusal to grant a refund. I even had a letter from the box office supervisor to confirm the refusal of entry.

I bought tickets for the Jelly Roll concert to celebrate my birthday, which was on October 15. I arrived at the event center and ended up missing half of the concert because they could not scan my tickets.

They advised me to go to the customer service center on-site to see if they could print my tickets for me. However, they could not, or would not, print my tickets because my name was not on them. Their behavior almost suggested that they believed the tickets were fake. When they asked me where I had purchased them, I pulled up the receipt and the tickets that Viagogo had sent me and showed them.

They finally let me in. This all happened after the first two attempts to place an order didn't go through. I should have chosen another vendor.

This was definitely a lesson well-learned. I'm still angry that I missed half of my concert — the whole reason I went was because it was on my birthday.

I purchased 3 tickets on September 15. 2024.

They were duplicates.

They never showed in my ticketmaster account and was unable to claim them. I missed my event because of this.

Ive recently received my ticket for Bruno Mars Oct 9th, not 8th as I had ordered. After contacting viagogo, I returned the wrong ticket to the seller as your assistance asked me to do in order to receive another ticket with the right date (Oct 8th).

Tomorrow will be Oct 6th and I still havent received my ticket. I get no tickets at all. I have travelled from Europe to São Paulo only to get the concert and I dont want any refund or a ticket for another date. Please do the necessary quickly.

La verdad es que siento una tristeza y decepción enorme por el servicio prestado por Uds

Compré con suficiente antelación mis entradas para ver a Bruno Mars y realizamos nuestro viaje a Brasil en torno a dicho evento

Me prometieron las entradas para el 10 de octubre, cosa que obviamente no sucedió y a partir de esa fecha comencé mi reclamo

Lo hice en forma escrita a través de la app, por Mail e incluso telefónicamente con Usa el mismo día del evento

Las entradas nunca aparecieron y nos quedamos con la enorme frustración de no haber podido asistir al evento luego de una adecuada planificación de nuestro viaje de Montevideo a Río de Janeiro

Ahora espero una adecuada compensación económica debido al costo de las entradas y también los gastos de avión y estadía asociados ya que hicimos el viaje sin sentido y siempre confiando en vuestro servicio, el cual ha sido muy malo y no solo no nos permitió asistir al evento sino que también os originó un desgaste emocional innecesario tratando de obtener una solución

So I sold my tickets from viagogo at the venue itself and found cheaper tickets for the same concert there for the same set of stands . Enjoyed the show at half the price and same seating . Moral of the story : never again viagogo for sure

The day of the concert I got an email from viagogo saying that my tickets were on their way and we're going to be delivered to my hotel and then about an hour and a half before the concert I received an email saying that they were very sorry that the tickets are unavailable how is that possible I paid $900 for VIP tickets. I was never refunded nor contacted and I would like to get together with anybody who's had the same experience and do a class action suit against these scammers

Sale of tickets

I resold my 2x Metallica GA1 tickets, $4,324.38, that I purchased by mistake, and bought new GA2 tickets. The sale went through, and I need that money back asap, I cannot afford to wait until after the event in November 2025, I don't understand why I have to.

The sale went through, so long as it has been paid, I should be able to have my money now. Unless this is a scam and I need to take it further?

I bought tickets for the final tennis match of Erste Bank Open in Vienna, on the 27th of October. I paid 300 euros for two. My wife and I travelled to Vienna (from Bucharest) for this purpose, which is a thing we have been doing in the last 8 years. This time we couldn't get to see the game because of the fact that you, Viagogo, sold to us fake tickets. We weren't the only ones; at least six other people were in the same situation. We reported it to the Austrian Police, but I doubt they might do anything about it. I also doubt you will do anything about it. As the officials of Wiener Sporthalle explained to the police, you could have easily prevented the fraud just by taking a professional look at the tickets you sold (you would have seen that the price had been erased from the digital ticket - we saw that ourselves, but it was too late, since you sent the tickets to us just before the event started).

So, congratulations: you are promoting a farce, a corrupt and fake business, just to make a profit out of passionate but naive customers who believe in sports and travel (for which they make savings and day to day sacrifices) and whom you betray.

So, to answer your stupid question: no, I won't recommend your site, quite the contrary! And I really hope that the curses of your disgusted clients get you sooner than later...
