Being told concert tickets don't scan at the venue. Can't reach anyone.

No seat number allocation on the receipt of the purchase invoice. Other red flags. No refund option.

After thirty years of enjoying and supporting bands, it's officially finished. Yet another aspect of life completely ruined by disruption and disorder.

Dear viagogo.com,

I am writing to you to both complain and request data you hold about me related to an issue about: ticket resales

The booking reference was: 64038****

The issue that I have experienced was: I went on the website to order 2 Yungblud tickets, where it automatically says 2 tickets, so I clicked on the 2 tickets and paid for the pair. Once the transaction went through it said only one, then I went on the site to see if I could get another one next to it as it's for my daughter; there was no other single one. I then contacted Viagogo for them to say they will be back in touch, which never happened. It was obviously a clear error on their site

The affect on me was: very stressed as it's taken phone calls and numerous messages to speak. I'm money down now for a ticket that won't be used

The problem occurred on: 2026-04-11

I would like you to: a full refund

I would also remind you that I would like you to provide me with data related to this issue including related communications and transactions between myself and your company.

Viagogo - Purchased parking pass

I have not heard anything back or have I been reimbursed. I purchased a parking pass that is not allowed to be resold - I sent the email communication to the rep that took my call.

They advised I would get. The pass is useless to me and I requested I be refunded.

I purchased 8 tickets from [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] and due to financial reasons had to have 6 relisted. The first 2 went through without a hitch and I received a thank you email from viagogo for doing so.

The next 2 were sold and I received an email from viagogo, which I still have asking me to email the tickets to the buyer, which i did. The following day I received another email from viagogo stating the buyer hadn't received the tickets and I had an hour to do so. So I sent them again double checking they had gone to the correct email address, which they had. Then I received another email from viagogo stating the sale had been cancelled and I would be fined.

The following day viagogo withdrew $60 from my account.

That night my Son and I went to the concert and we got into the venue, however our seats had been sold to other people and w3e had the security guards to check. I knew I had 2 tickets that didn't sell so I asked the [PERSON_NAME] where these seats were and she said it was a full house and there weren't any seats left. She stated I would have to take it up with the seller, which is viagogo.

I have attempted many times to make contact with viagogo via phone and email but have all been a waist of time. They email me when their asking for money, but the reply email comes back.

Day light scammers misleading illegal scalping behaviour!

I booked a ticket to magic round back in jan this year and paid a premium price of $272 for one day. I have been off of work for a month from a serious bacterial infection and now cant attend i am looking at losing flights from cairns and accomodation already so wanted to try and sell my ticket.

Viagogo already charged me more than ticketek being a 3rd party company and wont let me sell it elsewhere because they are non transferable ive tried for 1 week to sell on their website but they wont activate my listing because they said i have to transfer it from ticketek but i didnt purchase from ticketek and i dont have an account to sign in to do such a thing.

They have trapped me so now they are encouraging me to also sell it for almost half to be competitive with other seats which tells me they over charged me in the first place and then they are double dipping and going to take another fee once i have resold it through their platform which is the only option i dont care what their policy states this is an absolute scam and illegal im going to report them for being misleading and scalping me which they advise against to me but its ok for viagogo to do it is it??? Never go through this company they are day light scammers!!!

I was sent an email from Viagogo yesterday, stating they are going to charge me $200 + even though I recived an email from them thanking me for transferring the tickets to yhe buyer

I relisted tickets with Viagogo for the 7/05/2026, which I sold. Their policy is you relist the tickets, and they do the rest.

I received an email from them to email the buyer the tickets, which I did and have proof of. Then they sent me another email to say the buyer hadn't received them, so I sent them again suggesting he check his junk mail. I attempted to contact them by phone; however, they don't have a phone number. I attempted to email to get assistance, but the email did not receive emails.

The next email I received stated that the transaction had been cancelled and I would not be getting a refund and may even have to pay extra. This company cannot be trusted; I will only go through Ticketek in the future.

“Viagogo sold me invalid tickets for Napoli vs Milan”

I had a terrible experience with viagogo and strongly warn others to avoid this platform.

I purchased tickets for Napoli vs Milan (Order 63860****), and the tickets I received were issued under a completely different name. viagogo themselves confirmed that the tickets could NOT be personalized again, which makes them unusable for entry in Italy where ID checks are required.

Despite this, viagogo refused to provide a solution before the event.

Instead, they insisted I wait until the event time to activate the guarantee, which is completely meaningless because by then the match has already started.

I spent over an hour on the phone with their support, where it was confirmed the tickets are invalid. I was then put on hold for more than 20 minutes to speak to a manager who never even joined the call.

Their customer service is extremely poor, inconsistent, and clearly designed to delay resolution.

They admitted the problem but refused to fix it in time.

This is NOT buyer protection. This is leaving customers without tickets and without a real solution.

I am now forced to proceed with a chargeback and escalate further.

Avoid viagogo if you value your money and want certainty when buying tickets.

Ticket charge issue

they overcharge so much on ticket prices. especially when reselling they take such a big portion.

I bought tickets, and they never sent it and i had to argue with them so much just to get a refund back. not only that, they cut money from my account because i couldnt supply my tickets to a buyer cus i listed the tickets back but how could i send the tickets if i never got them in the first place??

Ive been trying to get that refund back but they have been going left and right and just wasting my time. both numbers given to me by an agent also was unreachable.
