I never used this company, Viagogo, again.

It is a lot of money to lose. I hope this helps others to not make the same mistake that I did.

On March 2, 2025, I purchased 2 tickets online with this company for a local event in April in my area. On March 16, I noticed my credit card had 9 purchases for events all over the country made within 5 minutes of each other.

I immediately notified Viagogo, and they assured me it would be taken care of. A few days later, when I saw these charges were still on my card, I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Now, when I went to check on the 2 tickets I previously bought and paid for, they are no longer accessible, and they tell me it's under investigation. Abysmal company!
