Viagogo - Non existent customer service
We ordered tickets back in February 2017 for a venue in June 30th 2017.We tried to email but only received an automated reply that the email was received with canned instructions where to look for answers in a FAQ format.
We tried to contact them because we didn't have an address in London to mail the tickets too and wanted to make sure that the tickets were delivered to our US address in time. Finally we had a confirmation that it was going to be delivered a couple of days before our trip June28th. However it didn't arrive at the doorstep until June 30th at 4pm US time. The venue itself was on June 30th.
Horrible experience where we couldn't find anyone to talk to and spent hours trying to get connected.Both in the US and UK phone numbers./
