We bought 4 tickets to the French Open from viagogo. (see attached)

We need to sell them, and asked Viagogo to list the tickets for sale.

Viagogo says they need more information from us before they can sell them, but the only information we have consists of emails from Viagogo. We have sent them copies of their emails (which confirm they have billed us for the tickets), but they say they need a proof of purchase. ?

Meanwhile, there is no way to contact Viagogo, even though their customer support website indicates there is a way. I spent a fruitless half hour chasing screens looking for the magic button that would connect me with a person, or at least, offered me a dialog box to explain our situation.

Product or Service Mentioned: Viagogo The French Open Tennis Ticket.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Viagogo should proceed to sell our tickets like they promise..

I liked: No customer service outside of faq.

I didn't like: No phone support.

Customer made 2 calls to the company using contacts on our site.
