Viagogo is a secondary ticket selling source, so inflation will happen, but what I don't understand is why those prices are so ridiculously high! I paid for tickets to see my favourite K-pop group BTS' Wings Trilogy concert and I was excited when I saw that they had arrived, but when I checked the price labelled on the ticket, I was appalled to see it more than HK $1000 below what I paid on that *** site.
When I realized my faults for not checking all sources properly and realizing that's how mega fans in my grade spent less than $2000 on tickets RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAGE. I'm very much aggravated by the lack of transparency. I'm very much heartbroken and feeling very guilty since I'd invited my friend along and she was going to (not sure if she will now) repay me the amount for her ticket. This is my second ever concert, too, and I adore the performers and I'm mad that not a cent of the inflation will go to the wonderful members (I wouldn't be complaining if the money did go to the boys).
I'm not even going to bother contacting customer service because from what I can tell, it's no use.
Let's just hope the tickets won't be "invalid" when the time arrives. I want to see them after all.
