this company has a fine print to their "Guarantee" and don't even honor it
I received this today. Now Im getting accused of fraud?
Hello Sara,
We have identified your account as fraudulently claiming that you were denied entry to your event. Your account is on hold while we investigate.
We take the fraudulent claims seriously and will be pursuing all legal remedies (criminal and civil) to the fullest extent of the law in any cases where we identify illegal activity, including: permanently deactivating your account, billing your credit card for any fraudulent claims, applying penalties, and/or referring the case to local law enforcement as per Section 19 of the User Agreement that you assented to when you joined and/or utilized the platform.
Any disputes or chargebacks will be refuted with evidence of fraudulent behavior and sent to your bank as well as the authorities.
