Urgent Concern Regarding Ticket Validity and Customer Service Response for Coldplay Concert in Abu Dhabi Jan 12th 2025
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to escalate a matter regarding my recent ticket purchase for the Coldplay concert in Abu Dhabi, which I bought through your platform.

After purchasing the tickets, I discovered that the official event website and the event organizers do not accept tickets from third-party providers like your company. This raised significant concerns, so I reached out to your customer support team for clarification. Unfortunately, I am still left with unresolved issues, and I would like to formally escalate this situation.
Summary of Communication:
I expressed my worry that the event organizers would not accept my tickets because they are from an unauthorized third-party seller as stated on their official website. I was informed that the tickets were guaranteed, and the customer service representative assured me that the event organizers would not check ticket sources due to the large volume of attendees.
I explained that relying on the event organizers not having the time to verify the ticket source is not a satisfactory guarantee for me, especially since this is a major event.
The response I received was that I should not mention the ticket source at the event gate, and that it would be up to me whether or not I chose to disclose this information. This response raised further concerns for me.
Given the lack of reassurance and the conflicting advice from your team, I asked for a refund. I was informed that this was not possible due to your terms and conditions. I also emphasized that I am not based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, so I would incur additional costs for flights and accommodation.
I cannot risk traveling without confirmation that my tickets will be accepted at the gate.
As the conversation continued, I found the responses to be repetitive and unhelpful. When I expressed my frustration and said that I might escalate the matter publicly (e.g., via social media), part of our conversation was deleted, specifically the exchanges where I was advised not to mention the ticket source at the gate. This action was unprofessional and left me even more concerned about the legitimacy of my ticket purchase.
Based on the information I have been given by your customer service team, it is clear that your company is not an authorized ticket provider for this event. If you were indeed authorized, I would not have been advised by your representative to avoid mentioning your company name at the event gate, nor would I have been told that the event organizers wont have the time to check ticket sources.
These statements suggest that your companys tickets may not be valid for entry, which is deeply concerning. Additionally, your company should be listed as an authorized ticket provider on the official event page, which it is not. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund, as I cannot risk traveling to Abu Dhabi with such uncertainty about the validity of my tickets.
The behavior of the customer service representative I interacted with was highly unprofessional. Not only did they provide unclear and contradictory information, but they also chose to end the conversation abruptly while I was still speaking.
Moreover, the deletion of key portions of our conversation, particularly the parts where the representative advised me not to mention your company's name or stated that the organizers would not check ticket sources, strongly suggests that there is something improper about the situation. This unprofessional conduct further exacerbates my concern and reinforces my belief that my purchase may not be legitimate.
I expect a prompt response to this matter, as I am now left with no confidence in your companys ability to provide a valid ticket for the Coldplay concert.
I request a full refund and a clear, honest explanation of the situation. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be forced to escalate this further through social media and other channels.
Ticket cancelling too late..
If u gonna cancel tickets make sure it will be early so atleast they can find other option than waiting for your Promises

Trying to get more information prior to making a booking as this is the first time I've used this platform. No help whatsoever and customer service is totally nonexistent - a total waste of time!

Dear Viagogo Customer Support,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Iron Maiden concert tickets, which I purchased for the event scheduled on September 16, 2024. The Viagogo app indicates that tickets will only be available for download on the day of the concert, September 16, 2024.
Given that I have made extensive travel arrangements, including booking flights to Auckland and reserving accommodation, receiving the tickets only on the day of the event is highly inconvenient.
I kindly request that you provide the tickets at your earliest convenience, or inform me of any available options for an earlier delivery.

No One Home
After booking two tickets to groove Armanda in Melb I received the guest access code - tried it in the weekend and would not take me to the link. Was told ny nominated email address was wrong- it wasnt it in my profile that I set up and received confirmation email with guest code and order number.
Tried for literally hours to engage with contact us and Chat with Virt assistant - would get disconnected not answered apart from generic steps that was not Woking.
The call to contact us does not operate on the weekend.
Went to the gig and asked Ticketmaster if they could help( after contacting them and being told they are not involved in any way).
They could not help.
So- no tickets - no concert and 600 out of pocket. Have lodged a dispute with Amex and will try consumer affairs etc..
My advice from experience - save your money and stay await from this site

I want to make sure I can attend the concert 55105****, however, the order says the delivery is set to arrive on the same day as the concert. They are a gift and I want to ensure we can attend even though there is a guarantee in case they do not arrive on time. I would like to make sure we can go, or if not, to see other options now.

Tickets I brought were never released the stress it cause was huge as flew to another state for concert managed to get some but still very late and a very stressful day
Tickets werent release by seller so could only assume scam
Had to speak t via live link spoke to 4 different people and took forever to get help worst day of my life cause by buying tickets on this site yes I did get tickets in the end though only few hours before being in another state just wasnt worth the stress

We have recently experienced the biggest disappointment possible.
In May, I bought 3 tickets for Adele's concert in Munich. The tickets were an anniversary present for my best friend. Unfortunately, we were not allowed into the event with those tickets.
This was due to a series of unfortunate events that left a huge disappointment, we literally went through the most hysterical experience possible.
On 7.08 we received an email to claim the tickets (The purchase was made in May, the bank transaction confirms that the money was withdrawn from my bank account for your benefit). It turned out that in our territory your app was not available, and the website kept giving an error when we tried to download them. We were advised by your representative to try downloading the app once we arrive in Munich. This also proved impossible. Plus, the system did not allow us to try through the website either, as according to your rules tickets are picked up 24 hours before the event. Then all *** broke loose. Completely devastated by the situation we started a series of phone calls and desperate emails to both you and Ticketmaster. Emails were sent to us without our tickets, wishing we enjoy the event. A more cynical attitude I cannot imagine. Finally, with great effort on our behalf, crossing the entire city we went in total despair to the event, where we hoped someone could help us. An hour before start, your employee sent the QR codes. However, they were not acknowledged by the stewards at the event because according to them, they were not authentic tickets and did not look like such. We explained that they were sent by the service provider, but this was not taken into consideration.
We were issued with a document at the Ticketmaster desk confirming that we would not be admitted and the reasons why.
In the end, we stayed out even though we had flown thousands of miles for this event. Our expenses totaled thousands of dollars, including airfare, hotels, and food.
Please let us know what compensation we are entitled to. Also, please contact us with your management about making a legal claim for economic and non-economic damages suffered from the communication with you.

REO Speedwagon concert canceled Sept 10th in Chula Vista CA due to illness in band I want my concert ticket and cop parking pass Refunded they keep telling me that they havent been informed of the cancellation so they cant do anything until they get informed of the cancellation. Its a stall tactic and its very unprofessional.
