Late tickets and wrong seats from Viagogo
Viagogo hasn’t contacted me, and when I called, they refused to make me a refund, which I firmly believe is the fairest thing they can do because I didn’t receive the tickets on time. I received them 2 hours later, when the concert had already begun.
It’s nonsense. I bought 2 tickets in FL 3, but they sent me FL 4 without asking me, even though I chose FL 3.

I have no tickets
I attempted to pay or two tickets for Broncos versus Storm at Suncorp. Gave all bank details and took 30 minutes later card unsuccessful try again I did got same message. Had money on card
There is no advertised phone number to contact immediately so you dont lose tickets but unfortunately I did.

Viagogo stole my money
The price was 233, but you charged me 333. It's crazy.
It's stolen.
You stole my money. Why display a price when it is almost double?

Not happy
My issue was not addressed or resolved. I was trying to make a booking for a person with special needs and was unable to.
I had to wait until Monday morning when the local venue was open to make the booking.

Day light scammers misleading illegal scalping behaviour!
- - Paid $272 premium for a one-day Magic Round ticket; cannot attend due to illness.
- - Viagogo charges more than Ticketek and blocks resale.
I booked a ticket to magic round back in jan this year and paid a premium price of $272 for one day. I have been off of work for a month from a serious bacterial infection and now cant attend i am looking at losing flights from cairns and accomodation already so wanted to try and sell my ticket.
Viagogo already charged me more than ticketek being a 3rd party company and wont let me sell it elsewhere because they are non transferable ive tried for 1 week to sell on their website but they wont activate my listing because they said i have to transfer it from ticketek but i didnt purchase from ticketek and i dont have an account to sign in to do such a thing.
They have trapped me so now they are encouraging me to also sell it for almost half to be competitive with other seats which tells me they over charged me in the first place and then they are double dipping and going to take another fee once i have resold it through their platform which is the only option i dont care what their policy states this is an absolute scam and illegal im going to report them for being misleading and scalping me which they advise against to me but its ok for viagogo to do it is it??? Never go through this company they are day light scammers!!!

Did not receive refund on my ticket
- - Refund for online ticket is pending after 10 days with no progress.
- - I contacted support by email and phone since 24 May 2026; please update.

I have contacted your team by both email and phone since 24 May 2026. During my last communication, I was advised to monitor my email as the refund would be processed soon.
However, it has now been 10 days, and I have neither received the refund nor any further updates regarding the status of my request.
I understand that processing times may vary, but I would appreciate an update on the progress of my refund.
As there has been no communication despite my previous follow-ups, I am disappointed by the delay and the lack of response.

Dont use Viagogo. You dont receive tickets
I purchased tickets to see [PERSON_NAME] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. I accidentally pressed [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] SA instead of [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], which is 200 kilometres away rather than [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] over 4000 kilometres away.
I attempted to ask to change the venue but was refused. I accept that; however, I was told I could resell and purchase for [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA].
How can I do that when I have not received the actual tickets? I will never deal with Go again and plan on advising all my social media followers, friends, and family to do the same.

Relisted tickets
I was sent an email from Viagogo yesterday, stating they are going to charge me $200 + even though I recived an email from them thanking me for transferring the tickets to yhe buyer
I received an email from them to email the buyer the tickets, which I did and have proof of. Then they sent me another email to say the buyer hadn't received them, so I sent them again suggesting he check his junk mail. I attempted to contact them by phone; however, they don't have a phone number. I attempted to email to get assistance, but the email did not receive emails.
The next email I received stated that the transaction had been cancelled and I would not be getting a refund and may even have to pay extra. This company cannot be trusted; I will only go through Ticketek in the future.
