I kept inquiring about the delay and I kept getting robot-like answers. I'm actually tired of getting the same responses.

I lost my father and I want to cancel the tickets and refund the money as soon as possible please my order if ld is 54572****

I feel I've tried for 2 weeks to get my tickets and Viagogo is screwing me and doing nothing. Now, even if they give me my money back...I MISS THE CONCERT...DO SOMETHING!!!

Its been over 20 days Im talking to bots and people who have no clue and been sitting on my money! My sales proceeds are not in my account even after so many weeks of a successful sale!

Taylor swift concert tickets arent cheap and its sick how they are dealing with people who trusted them with their money at first place!!

I dont even know how this company is even allowed to operate when all they are doing is cheating people. They dont even my country currency listed in payout option- worse they have no payout option for India- is it a way to avoid or delay paying someone - maybe!!

I was not able to make my Maxwell concert because the parking garage that I prepaid for I could not find. When I got to the address that was on the receipt it was a store front.

I kept searching to see if I could find it but never did and ended up missing my show and not having parking. I would like a refund

This is the second time in a week that I reported this problem. Until it is resolved...I'm not satisfied.

Tickets were for AFL. Spent over 1 hour on the phone with customer support.

She suggested several different ways to get the link to download the tickets to work (it kept opening up in my Ticketek app but no tickets appearing). Finally we were able to get it to work, but printed out the tickets instead of getting a barcode on my phone. The tickets worked, but a very stressful process.

The woman was very polite and understanding of the situation. However, with all the drama involved I would never use Viagogo again.

Never received email confirmation or tickets missed our concert Hollywood bowl jazz festival. Third party ticket. Please let me know how you can assist me with my refund.

I do not have confirmation that the tickets were processed. Please call me as soon as possible.

Someone accessed my debit and credit card accounts and opened a Viagogo account in my name.

They charged almost $1,000 in tickets via my debit card. I do not have access to the Viagogo account they set up.

I called to find resolution and I have yet to receive a call back. This money should be refunded to me.

Today I purchased through your website 3 tickets for Shlomo Artzi's concert in Israel on 8/1.

I did not notice that the quoted price is for a single ticket. I naively thought that the price was for 3 tickets.

This is a very expensive price for me to pay. I would greatly appreciate it if you would cancel my purchase.
