Dear Viagogo Support Team,
I would like to sell my tickets, but I originally purchased them as a guest. When I try to log in again using my Order ID, I click on the Send Email option, but I do not receive any email from Viagogo.
Please assist me as soon as possible.

I need to ask a question regarding my tickets
Hello, I had a small issue where I already bought my tickets for this concert, but it is shown that I cant get them and I am forced to switch seats.
I want know what happened since I never got the confirmation for the tickets until now.
Is there a way that I can get my original seats back? I wasted a lot of money for them and now I dont know if Ill get half the money back judging that they are not the same price..

I bought tickets to a concert from viagogo.com, and I received just mails with directions to wait, maybe 1 year, who knows. I did not receive the tickets I bought.
They took my money from my account.
If they do not give my money back on monday, I will announce the police, the consumer protection office and the UE officials (they asked viagogo.com 2 years ago to change the details on the website, in order to inform correctly the customers what they are selling in fact, because they are selling a promise to sell in future some tickets they do not have). I do not want such a deal, with money spent on a promise.

I accidentally relisted the tickets I purchased for the Jennifer Lopez concert on 20 July 2025. I did not intend to sell these tickets, and I was unaware that my actions would result in a completed sale. Please cancel the resale and return the tickets to my account if possible. I would like to keep and use the tickets I originally bought.

I have been trying to contact someone for weeks about my ticket sales. I sold on your website.
For weeks I have been calling and texting. Every time I speak to someone they say they will get back with me but no one ever returns to call or text I'm asking please can you help me get my money back that I'm supposed to get for selling my tickets I was told I would got it by November the 16th have not received it yet my purchase is supposed to be $302.40 can I please have it by the end of the week thank you.

My e-tickets have not been emailed to me, even though my order for them has been confirmed. I was told they would be emailed to me on the 1/2/25.
I still haven't received them. I ordered them on the 16th of September 2024. It's now the 14th of February (that's 4 days until the concert). The fact that they haven't arrived is unsettling.
I expect you guys to do whatever it takes to make sure they are emailed to me by the 16th.
I find it ridiculous that it was even suggested they will be sent on the day of the concert, that's unheard of. If this hasn't been resolved by the end of the week or on Monday (the 17th) I will be calling again, and I will not be happy.

For a long time, you have caused me psychological, financial, and emotional harm. On August 5, 2024, I ordered a ticket from you.
Not only did I not receive my ticket, but I was also subjected to behaviors that shook my trust as a customer, violated regulations, completely disregarded your customers, and created a potential for fraud. Subsequently, I spoke with your customer representatives in writing and verbally, where we discussed that my refund request had been initiated. While waiting for my refund, I found out that I had been deceived once again as a customer and that you had failed to keep your promise, as no such process had actually been initiated. This caused me further damage.
Additionally, due to the cancellation process that Viagogo claimed to have initiated, I suffered financial and emotional damage from missing my flight that day and having to change my leave date, resulting in further loss from my job due to your actions. I want to refund my money!
