I bought and then sold a pair of tickets through Viagogo. My deadline to transfer the tickets to the new buyer is tomorrow but Viagogo changed the ticket from physical to digital just today.
What's more is that I still haven't received the tickets.
Viagogo customer service has managed changed my sell order from physical to digital now, so I will be able to transfer the tickets when I hopefully receive them soon. Never using this platform again though.

I had received a technical matters can't download tickets try again later. I called the number I found on Internet.
Call was put through immediately and clearly. Viagogo staff as well were helpful and resolved issue by issuing tickets immediately.

I am very dissatisfied. I drove 800 miles to see Linkin Park in floor GA, and my tickets were invalid.
Then, I was offered tickets far up, but I'm paying the same price? Not to mention the 58 minutes I was on hold just to finally be 3rd in line, and I got hung up on.
We ended up getting kicked out because our tickets were no good. I want my full refund, plus time and travel, plus my hotel $270.

DO NOT BUY FROM VIAGOGO! The show was cancelled and I did not get my money back despite contacting Viagogo numerous times. A few times, I was told the case would be escalated, but months later, and I did not receive a refund or credit, which I was willing to compromise on.

This company is the worst. $781 for tickets to Lewis Capaldi, and on the day of the concert, paid for flights and accommodation, but still no tickets.

I have tried to email Viagogo also phoned via computer, but no result.There doesn't seem to have a New Zealand phone number now.Ray Petersen.
I have tried to contact for the refund that I was sent an email a few weeks back and was told that an email would be sent for details of the refund. So far that hasn't happened.

I have paid them since Ausgust 11 2025 about Aus$ 9600. Who will be responsible for my travel expenses that I have paid the hotel and airline already if I don not get the tickets??

No Tickets, I would like a refund.
Hi, we paid 150$ USA currency 19th November 2024. This is 656.00 NZ dollars we paid to viagogo.
We have had no response regarding our tickets. We have a order number with section seating. I have tried to contact but no response. I am asking for a refund as they have sent us conformation our 2 tickets will arrive e on the day of the event 19th November 2025.
This is a struggle to have a response. We are looking at going to consumer affairs to have our money refunded.

I was charged $600, but I have bought nothing!! I have not sold anything either. I listed some football tickets for sale, but sold them elsewhere.

Dear [Viagogo Support Team / Customer Support],
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to you regarding our listing number 61793**** for Tomorrowland tickets, which we had posted for sale on your platform due to a last-minute change in our travel plans. We had originally purchased these tickets via Viagogo as e-tickets.
However, while creating the listing, we noticed that the option to list e-tickets was not available; only 'paper tickets' could be selected. As a result, we were compelled to proceed with the listing under the paper ticket category, even though our tickets were digital.
Once the tickets were sold, we followed the instructions provided, printed the e-tickets and the shipping label, and promptly dispatched the package to the buyer's address. (We are happy to provide a video as proof of this shipment.)
The only step we missed was entering the AWB number (tracking number) on the site. This was an unintentional oversight, as we assumed that since the shipping label was generated through your platform, the tracking information would automatically be linked to the transaction.
Unfortunately, we received an email informing us that the sale had been canceled, by which time the tickets had already been shipped and received by the buyer. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to your team for clarification, we were informed that no further action could be taken due to this oversight.
To complicate matters further, the buyer confirmed to us directly that he received and used the tickets, stating that they were indeed the ones he purchased via Viagogo. Due to this, we were unable to reclaim or resell the tickets, resulting in a complete loss. We are able to provide chat evidence of this communication and are more than willing to cooperate with any verification process, including connecting you with the buyer for confirmation.
We understand and respect your platform's policies, but we genuinely believe this situation was a result of a good-faith mistake. We took all the required actions to fulfill the sale and delivered the tickets as per the instructions, apart from the missed AWB entry. Given the unique circumstances, we kindly and sincerely request a reconsideration of the payment for this sale.
We hope you will view this as a genuine case and assist us in resolving it fairly. We truly appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
