Never deal with Viagogo
I spoke with the Ticketech representative at the venue and was informed that the ticket had been sold to someone else. You guarantee a refund if the ticket is not delivered. I keep being informed that it was accessible through a URL - it wasn't, as I tried several times while on the phone to your agent in the UK. I would like the refund that you guarantee.
I'm about to inform the ACCC and ScamWatch of my most disappointing dealings with you. I thought that I should inform you before I post details of my experience with your company on the Australian Defence Force Noticeboard (75,000 members) and the Returned Services League Public Noticeboard (100,000+ members) and give you the opportunity to match your guarantee.

- Can't find ViaGogo order in my account; it may be a guest payment.
- Ticket will transfer to Ticketmaster Mobile; I need steps and where to find order.
At first, my English is not so good; excuse me. I have paid for 1 ticket for a concert of James Taylor on the 14th of July in Edinburgh, Scotland.
First problem: I can't find the order on my account of ViaGogo. Earlier, they said maybe you have paid as a guest, but I can't find out. Please help me. Second problem: I received an email from ViaGogo with the message: the bought ticket will be transferred to Ticketmaster Mobile.
Please help me how to do this in steps. I made a Dutch Ticketmaster account and an English Ticketmaster account.
Where can I find the order or ticket? Thank you in advance, Mirjam van der Wurff.

Confirm tickets for show today
I'm going to take this further with consumer affairs because they have tried to shift blame and refused to refund because it's 3 months after not sending me tickets
Not receiving tickets 5 hours before a concert that 3 people are going to.
This is the second time I have purchased tickets through Viagogo, and the first time was in October last year, and I still have not been refunded for the money I paid and never got a refund for.

Ordered & payed tickets for concert one year ago and still have not received tickets. suspect some kind of a scam here... they are saying tickets are availabe on the same day of concert...

I receive a confirmation code from you to be able to register and log in and get the tickets.
My colleague Merete has spoken to you 3 times per phone and you promise to fix it and send me a new email so I can register, but I don't hear anything from you.
Don't you want to send the tickets to me on my regular email

Didn't get notification until 30 minutes before the event that we would not be getting our tickets. We drove 3 hours to get there and paid $300 for a night's accommodation.
Been promised a full refund. Haven't received it as yet.

- Ongoing dispute for a ticket sold in July 2025; payment not received.
- Re-escalation makes the original dispute invalid, delaying 30-45 days.
I have an ongoing dispute for a ticket I sold back in July 2025, for which I never received the payment. I waited the 30-45 day period and still have not received anything—no updates, nothing!
So I reached out again and was told they'd re-escalate the dispute. Then I found out I have to wait another 30-45 days because, apparently, re-escalating a case means the original dispute is invalid.

this company has a fine print to their "Guarantee" and don't even honor it

We take the fraudulent claims seriously and will be pursuing all legal remedies (criminal and civil) to the fullest extent of the law in any cases where we identify illegal activity, including: permanently deactivating your account, billing your credit card for any fraudulent claims, applying penalties, and/or referring the case to local law enforcement as per Section 19 of the User Agreement that you assented to when you joined and/or utilized the platform.
Any disputes or chargebacks will be refuted with evidence of fraudulent behavior and sent to your bank as well as the authorities.

Sent the wrong tix. on purpose.
This company sells on Stub hub as well. They sent me the wrong tickets ones that were expired from 12/29/25.
LOSERS!!! This clearly was done on purpose there is no reason a company has kept old tickets except to scam customers.

Our tickets didn’t scan we drove 800 miles to another state just to get denied entry now my refund request is flagged as fraudulent?
