I was clearly cheated by you.

I would like to ask the Polish Consulate and the Swiss Consulate for help in this matter.

On 02/06/2018, I bought your tickets - I received a confirmation e-mail from which it is clear that I bought the tickets.

Another 3.10.2018 I received information that I will not receive the tickets.

Attached, the above-mentioned, received messages.

I paid PLN 2,449.29 for the ticket. Return from you PLN 2 357.77.

As a consequence, I received a refund for tickets over PLN 191.52 less

In addition, I booked accommodation for 800 zlotys.

In connection with the cancellation of the accommodation, 400 zlotys have been deducted from my account.

Total losses - PLN 591.52.

In addition to financial losses, the disappointment between mine and my husband was very big, and as a consequence, apart from financial losses, we could not take part in this event.

For sure on the Internet, if my financial losses are not returned, I will place a warning by the State on all possible pages.

I have already informed TME, the official organizer of Sensation, about this fact.

I will also inform your partners and Facebook.
